We’re always looking for smart, curious, and kind people across consulting, operations, marketing, engineering, and HR. Most roles are independent contractor positions, giving you flexibility and ownership of your time.
Yes! Bevel is a remote-first company. Our team collaborates from across Canada (and beyond), using smart tools and great communication.
It usually includes an intro call, a values-alignment chat, and a role-specific conversation with the team. We move pretty quickly and keep it human all the way through.
Yes, we love when people reach out proactively. If there’s no open role that fits now, we’ll keep you in mind for the future.
Most of our work is async and flexible. We focus on outcomes, not hours. Some roles may require partial overlap with client time zones or meetings, but we always talk that through first.
